Dr. Megan Coder, Executive Director, Digital Therapeutics Alliance


Megan Coder, PharmD, MBA, is Executive Director of the Digital Therapeutics Alliance. DTA’s mission is to broaden the understanding, adoption, and integration of clinically-validated digital therapeutic solutions into mainstream healthcare through education, advocacy, and research.

With more than a decade of experience in the healthcare industry, Megan’s expertise extends from strategic growth and partnership development within the digital health sector, to the direct delivery of patient care. Prior to joining DTA, Megan worked with Voluntis, Iodine, the Pharmaceutical Care Management Association, and the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board.
A proud Badger, Megan graduated from the University of Wisconsin—Madison School of Pharmacy and completed an Executive Residency in Association Management & Leadership with the American Pharmacists Association.

Dr. Corey Fowler, Associate Director, Global Clinical Development in CNS and Digital Medicine, Otsuka Pharmaceuticals & Development Corp

An experienced innovator specializing in digital medicines, Corey has experience in basic, translational, and clinical sciences with a doctorate degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of North Carolina. Corey has worked in the clinical research industry for more than 10 years with experience in the concept and design, clinical operations, and ethics and regulatory oversight of clinical research studies for phases I-IV. He now focuses his time on designing and implementing digital medicine strategies at the forefront of pharmaceutical development.
Prior to joining Otsuka in 2016, Corey served in various Clinical and Program Development roles spanning industry and academia. Presently, he serves as Associate Director in Global Clinical Development in CNS and Digital Medicine at Otsuka Pharmaceuticals & Development Corporation.

Mr. Geoffrey McCleary, Director of Digital Health, PwC


Geoff has more than 20 years of experience in healthcare marketing and strategic consulting. He is in PwC’s US HIA Digital Health practice, where he consults key healthcare and pharma clients on important strategy and policy issues. He has worked with leading US and Global Pharma and health firms to both advise on and implement a wide range of connected health strategies and programs, from Mobile and smart devices to wearables, digital health tools and programs, IoT Health implications, organizational change, and social media.

As a leading mobile, wearable and connected health-care specialist, Geoff is a sought-after commentator and speaker, and has been featured in the NY Times discussing the impact of mobile on health and the future of healthcare. He is an expert source and proponent of using innovative and emerging technologies with patients, consumers and physicians, and routinely provides client executive teams with a clear focus on the future trends and forecasts that they will need to navigate.

Prior to joining PwC, Geoff was Senior Vice President, Group Director for the Mobility discipline at the Publicis Groupe’s lead global digital health agency Digitas Health Lifebrands. As the global lead for their mobile, VR, AI, and connected brand efforts, he pioneered the creation of several industry initiatives. These include the proprietary annual Mobile and Connected Health Index Study, where 2000+ patients and consumers shared how they use mobile for over 50 diagnosed conditions, to the annual mobile health conference mDot, where industry clients and leaders meet to envision the future of mobile health technology and marketing.
Geoff has stayed at the forefront of innovation in digital health by consistently working with a wide range of digital and mobile leaders across the health, technology and start-up sectors, including Apple, Google, KPCB, The Cleveland Clinic and more.

Mr. Tim Pantello, Managing Director, PwC


Tim is a managing director with-in PwC’s Health Industry Advisory group where he leads the Digital Health & Therapeutics offering. His experience has been instrumental in helping Clients become leaders in their respective categories through the development of creative business solutions and digital platforms.

Tim has worked extensively across the healthcare ecosystem over his 20+ year career, with deep experience in digital media, relationship marketing, digital transformation, analytics and organizational change management. His experience has encompassed working for three of the top six marketing services firms, holding positions of increasing responsibility with Digitas (Publicis), DDB (Omnicom), HAVAS and Sanofi.
Tim is a graduate of the University of Miami. He received degrees in International Marketing & Finance.
